*A Special Thanks!! THANK YOU to the students at Portland Middle School who participated in the SHO (Students Helping Others), and to Chandra Kimes, the teacher who inspired it all. Together they raised funds to assist Miss Alli's Rescue and the animals in need. What super, caring individuals! Your efforts are so dear to our hearts! ALSO, A big THANK YOU to Wendy Vincent and her daughter Maizie for their generous donation. Maizie is a sweet little girl that had a birthday party for herself, but instead of receiving gifts she would enjoy, she had her friends bring donations to give to our rescue! With her huge heart she collected dog food, collars, bowls, frontline, and more to help our animals. Her birthday party theme was "dogs," too! This overly generous and kind little girl is a rare jewel. Maizie thought about others vs. herself and was excited to help those in need. How such an enormous heart could be inside such a little girl is beyond us, but what a blessing she will be to everyone she knows. Thank you to both Maizie and her mother Wendy for their generosity and love! God Bless you for all you do!
